What IncidentRelay normalizes
Zabbix payloads can contain trigger names, host data, event ids, severities, problem URLs and tags. IncidentRelay stores those fields as normalized alert data and labels so routes and services can match them.
Routing with tags
If Zabbix sends tags such as team: infra or service: database, IncidentRelay can use them as route or service matchers.
