Route Prometheus Alertmanager alerts to the right on-call team.

How it works

Alertmanager sends webhook payloads to an IncidentRelay route token. IncidentRelay normalizes each alert item, preserves labels and annotations, then applies route matchers and grouping rules.

Good labels to keep

• alertname for grouping and readable titles.
• severity for channel filtering and prioritization.
• team or oncall_team for ownership.
• service, job, namespace or instance for service routing.
