Alert-instance processing

Grafana can send several alert instances in one webhook. IncidentRelay processes each item independently, merging common and per-alert labels before route evaluation.

  • Annotations, expression values and normalized severity.
  • Stable fingerprint-based deduplication when available.

Recovery handling

Keep Grafana's resolved messages enabled. A resolved notification with the same fingerprint updates the existing incident instead of creating another alert.
